"The female night manager was quite rude and miserable to deal with. Maybe it was being tired, but she got a little unnerved when I had trouble hearing or understanding her instructions and explanation of my receipt. The Male night manager did a great job allowing her to finish with me and help other customers. Besides that, my stay was short and refreshing.
