The check-in process was very simple, the host outlined EVERYTHING, before & during the stay & a notebook provided instructions on literally everything - there isn't anything she did not leave out. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. "The apartment was nice spacious and clean. There was enough towels and supply of plates, cups and silverware. The thermostat did not work. The temperature in our apartment was 64. We were told to use small heater to warm up the apartment. It was not working well. "
