"This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near Kumamoto station. There are many restaurants and shops in the floors below the hotel (lobby in on the 9th floor if I recall correctly). The only inconvenience we experienced was the extra long time laundry takes to dry in the laundry machines available there. "

"Very nice and spacious room. Very valuable for the price point. This is the only hotel out of my trip (stayed in 6 hotels in total) whereby staff will run towards me and help me with luggage. Not that I need that, but this gesture alone is very very welcoming and showed the enthusiasm. My first time staying in Hotel Nikko branch and was wowed by it. Will choose the same chain in the future wherever I go. The only down side is that the parking is very exp for 1 night (2200 yen). However, if they keep the room pricing valuable, I will still choose the same hotel. Thank you hotel Nikko for a wonderful stay! "

"Looooved this place. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel restaurant I ever been to!! Lots of different food available and super delicious and best of all it’s a cheap option for breakfast before heading out for the day. The room was nice and clean. We had a nice view of the river outside. And super close to the food/shopping area which lets us explore at night without being far. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel !!"
