"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! The Roku TV thing we found hard to use and cumbersome so we streamed from our iPads to TV using Airplay and accessing our cable carrier. "We were in town for a wedding. Property was beautiful and secluded… loved that it was off the beaten path. Saw tons of wildlife… bald eagle, deer 10ft off the deck. Very quiet setting."
