Justin left clear instructions to get into and set up the RV. The RV itself was a perfect launch and landing pad for South Park and Ark River fishing excursions. Clean, well-supplied in terms of kitchen and bathroom, spacious enough for two of us late-50's sportsmen. Everything worked - electricity, water, stove. South Park lodging options are getting tight; the location is off the beaten path and peaceful place to settle in for the night. I'd highly recommend for outdoor activity get-aways in the vicinity.
My Mom and I loved this location. There was a minor hiccup when we checked in, as not all instructions had come through, but Justin was very responsive to my questions and helped us get everything turned on and ready.
The RV is very well stocked. The only thing they didn't have was hot dog sticks, and "frankly" we did just fine trimming sticks off the ground. We loved that firewood was provided, and we loved getting to watch the wildlife while hanging out by the fire. A great place with seniors and kids, as long as your senior doesn't need more than a sturdy walker to get around.
