"Room was okay. The fridge was not working but room was quite clean. Breakfast was good. Like the proximity to tram which is helpful to go into city."

"The ambience of the hotel, its staff and its food were all excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though there were several faults, only one of which was fixed in the two days we were there. To be fair, we were given a £38 credit on checkout because of this. We found the free airport transfer bus very useful. We would not hesitate to recommend the Dakota."

"Room was clean, check in was friendly and easy, room was ready on arrival. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as we had plans but breakfast was great and reception was manned 24 hours so coming back late was no issue. Short walk to a shopping centre which was handy for last minute shopping and there is an asda superstore 5 minutes walk for drinks and snacks."
