"The property was nice. No complaints on that. I booked a condo in Pigeon Forge and was given a condo in Gatlinburg. Not a far distance but with common traffic over an hour from where we wanted to be. Most of our plans were in Pigeon Forge. Was very disappointed with the “Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to keep the reservation”? The day before we were supposed to leave. No kind of compensation or discount for their mess up and our inconvenience."

"This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back.
