"The staff is very nice. We left something behind and on their own they knew we would be back a week later and held on to it to return it. We also appreciate that they take pets. We have two labradors and it was just $30 a night extra for the two, not $60. Some places we stay can charge more than half what we pay to stay just for the dogs. And the room is fully carpeted which makes it nice for us too. At the time of our stay they had remodeled the room, sink and toilet. I think the old tub will...

"Very cute, small cottage overlooking Lake Michigan. There is a small beach for rock picking. The internet and phone service is spotty. We weren't there much so it didn't bother us but it is very "disconnected". We didn't get service in town either, fyi. For anyone needing the internet:). I found it a charming little getaway!"

"This was a perfect place for our large family reunion. We had 20+ family members. Several family members traveled from California, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Ohio and Illinois. Detroit airport and Midway in Chicago were reasonable drives for them. The kitchen area and dining table was perfect for our large family gathering for meals and games. Outside eating was equally as accommodating for meals off the grill and fire time in the evenings. The bedrooms in the guest wing( rooms 1,2,3 and 4)...
