It was big enough that we all had our own area, but cozy enough that we were able to chat and be comfortable. Loved the 2 kitchens and extra fridges. The bar was amazing even though the weather wasn't. We stayed with this owner in Eagle River and can say that Jimmy makes the process of checking in and out easy. "Took a quick trip up north with family for New Years weekend. Snow didn’t cooperate for sledding but the house did not disappoint. We rented the south unit and the adjoining 3 bedrooms. Location was perfect for our needs. House was very clean and had all of the north woods charm we love. Each room had little added touches for a nice homey feel. "We stayed in the hotel room. It had a nice kitchen and bathroom. No dishwasher so you are responsible to sterilize all the eating and cooking utensils before you leave. The sofa was the only place to sit other than at a table. The sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in and get out of. The bed was king size with 3 pillows and ok to sleep on. "This property was a fantastic space for our family vacation as it allowed separate areas for our grandkids and kids. The great room was perfect for the older, late night folks to play pool, throw darts, turn up music and have fun without interrupting sleep schedules of our littles. The “bar” area is fully stocked with glassware, bar coolers and an ice maker so no need to go into the kitchen for anything. "Absolutely beautiful Northwoods properrty! The forest and lakes here are the perfect getaway to unplug and recharge. The cabin was clean, maintained well, and has all the charm of a cabin up north. Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved hiking the property and surrounding trails. Nighttime bonfires listening to the sounds of nature was the best way to end each day!"
