From the wonderful kind lady on Reception to the breakfast staff,, bar staff and cleaners. Nothing too much trouble. What I also like was clear instructions on how to get to Wembley Stadium. "What you get for the price you pay is excellent. Is it the most modern? No. Is it a bit tatty in places? Yes. But it is clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Free parking and literally round the corner from wembley and minutes from the troubadour. "
