"Hotel was much busier than I imagined, well positioned and central to tube stations and shopping areas. Good atmosphere in the lobby and quirky decor. Room was quiet and beds comfortable, toiletries very nice, everything we needed."

"Rooms are not supplied with DND signs. Every morning starting at 8:30 am we got repeated knocks on the door from room service. Despite saying ‘no thanks’ they were back again 15 minutes later. On the last day (of 3) we had late checkout arranged and still they were knocking on the door 90 minutes before we had to vacate the room. In this day and age of smart phones this should not be happening!!"

"This is a really good budget hotel in a central area with lots of amenities. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is the added bonus of a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The communal bathroom is kept very clean and the shower is good with plenty of hot water. I would definately stay here again."
