"The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds. We unpacked nothing and slept fully clothed because it was late and we had no choice. I promise you they just made the beds back up without washing bedding, towels or cleaning a single thing and marked it ready for the next guest. This place is not fit for human use. It should not be cleaned, It should be burned down."

"We thoroughly enjoy our stay at the most beautiful cottage. Everything was very clean and very well decorated ! We could have moved right in. The owner was wonderful and let us know if we needed any extra supplies to please reach out. It was the perfect house and location for our event we attended. We will definitely be back! "
