"The property owner was heavily engaged in daily activities. We saw him day and night when we left the property and returned. Each time we saw him he was assisting customers, cleaning the breakfast area, stocking up the food and drink items available for purchase, sweeping, moping, ECT. When you walk around the property inside and out you quickly see how well it is maintained. When we questioned a couple employees about this young man they all said positive things about working there and for him. If we ever return to the Hershey area THIS will be where we stay!"

"Room was very clean,staff was excellent.The room we stayed in had an adjoining room, the door would not completely close or latch, someone had move a table in front of the side of the door to try and block entry from the other room. This needs fixed."

"I loved the ability to do room service and how easy it was to place my order. Although, I do wish you could order through app, but no complaints. Both restaurants were really good as well. The staff was very friendly and nice, I loved that they made accommodations for me to have a late checkout due to my flight schedule. Also, the room and property was kept up nice. I will be staying at this location again."
