When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? "The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."
