Welcome to your perfect family getaway on the Emory River! This peaceful lakeside retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled escape. With direct river access and a private dock, your family can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply lounging by the water—all just steps from your back door. Bring your boat.  Boat launch just up the road for easy access.

The spacious home features comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and open living areas where everyone can gather, play games, or watch movies after a day outdoors. Kids will love the wide-open yard, while parents can unwind on the deck with beautiful views of the river and surrounding nature.

Conveniently located near parks, hiking trails, and small-town attractions, this home is a great base for making family memories in East Tennessee. Whether you're planning a weekend retreat or a week-long vacation, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and tranquility.

Sleeping Arrangements: First floor King en-suite master with walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Half bath on first floor. Second Floor king master en-suite with tub/shower combo. 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 Queen size beds. Open loft area with twin trundles that also can be put together as a King bed. Full bath in hallway to be shared.

Please note:  There are 54 stairs down to the dock.  Guests with mobility issues may experience difficulty accessing dock.

Owners personal boat is off limit to guests.

Upstairs office is off limit to guests as it is used as storage.

No smoking anywhere on the premise.

There is a camera present on back patio of the home.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing getaway in a non commercialized area and felt safe. House was amazing, perfectly clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The dock was perfect for eating breakfast, floating in the water, and would be great if you chose to rent a boat or jet ski. The owner was quick to reply to any question. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!
