"I was very frustrated with that room missing the sun cover screen. My family and I had a hard time sleep with all the sun in our faces. The second room bed was a bit dirty. Second issue the shower door didn't close properly. "

It would be great if more hotels dropped it—guests could put that money toward things that actually enhance their trip, like great food or unique souvenirs."

"Mgm signature is great. However we were unaware that we rented our suite from a 3rd party, which meant no housekeeping unless we paid extra. We were there 5 days 4 nights and it was difficult to even get clean towels and toilet paper. Next time in vegas I will stay with MGM, but ill arrange my stay directly with them and not 3rd parties.
