"Most aspects were good, breakfast looked excellent though I didn't have time for it, room was well-appointed. It turned out to be easier to walk around to the parking garage from the hotel than to walk up a flight of stairs, using a code to enter the stairwell. Pillows were like rocks."

"Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt was fabulous. The staff was what made this stay 5 stars in our opinion! Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were on our trip to celebrate our anniversary. One front desk staff member arranged a small charcuterie plate to be delivered to our room on our first night after she found out about our celebration. What a sweet surprise! The shuttle service is a huge bonus, and the shuttle drivers were excellent and very knowledgeable! They gave great recommendations about food and attractions to see while in Nashville."
