"When I checked in the attendant asked me to look at the room to see if it was OK. Bad sign .. the ceiling had mold that was sprayed over it. When I turned the heater on a borderline infestation of stink bugs came out from the curtains. The was also stained and worn furniture and the beds were hard as hell. "

"Someone smoked weed in a room or something and our room smelled really bad and they gave us a new room which was nice "

"It was very nice, quiet and clean. It was near dining and the casino. It was close to Harper’s Ferry and historic Charles Town."

"I didn’t even stay 1 night and no refund for the horrendous conditions. I was traveling with my dog for almost 13 hours in the car- booked online because it said they accepted pets-also when I called ahead of time- they said they had a restaurant available. Checked in at 8:00pm - after walking my dog I took a shower only to find bugs in the drain by my feet! And there was NO HOT water Mortified- I got dressed and went to the available restaurant that stopped serving food at 9:00 on Friday night- however at 9:35 they did allow me and my guest to have a drink at the bar while they closed down. At 9:55 am ish the man from the front desk said my dog was barking so loud it was echoing down the hall way- I immediately apologized and went straight to my room which was at the end of a very long hallway. I didn’t hear a thing approaching my room- my dog was just chilling- I sat on the bed and a cockroach ran across my had- I grabbed my belongings and my dog to leave- I put my dog in the car- no one to be found anywhere- starving and exhausted- I had no other choice but to leave- I asked for a refund but apparently my dog barking for 5 minutes is a reason to deny this- also I was not even there for 3 hours- "

"Checking in was fast booking through Expedia. Room is exactly as I would expect a smoking room at a motel in WV to be. It's in a convient spot but if I was traveling for a real vacation maybe not.was a great place to for a one night event."

"We had the best spring break trip here with our two sons. The property was comfortable and well-stocked. Communication and checking in was incredibly easy. There were a few things we had questions/concerns about and everything was responded to and addressed/answered immediately. We spent so much time outside-it was a great "reset" for us to get away from the city and into nature. We would definitely come back to this property! "

"Location is fantastic! Parking was hard to identify from the street but was easy to correct once we found the white lines. Great place to use as a base camp for exploring the local trails without actually camping. "
