When I needed to extend my stay Evelyn went above & beyond to help arrange. And Seth exuded customer service. The inn is not new and has some wear but the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job keeping rooms crisp and clean. Will stay again~"

"The absolute BEST place to stay!! We booked a couple days in advance and weren’t sure what to expect. The area is perfect to walk to Main Street. The rooms are absolutely perfect and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in!! The living area was great, but the bath area was even better. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic. We loved that it was dropped off every morning to the door, as we stayed with our one year old and we didn’t have to rush out to make it to a typical continental breakfast. Every meal was so tasty and delightful! I could type an entire page on how great this place was. We will definitely be back in the near future and every time we stay in Fredericksburg this will be our go to place! "

"We made our reservation before one of the most deadly flooding event in Texas history. The town was devastated. We only had 1 night reserved and after the flood, we contacted the Hotel to see if they would need us to cancel our reservation to allow for access by Emergency responders. They said it was ok so we kept it. The town was loaded with strangers but everyone we encountered were gracious and helpful, I was grateful to have been able to experience the small amount of the crisis that they were going through. May God Bless each and every one of them and hopefully my next visit there will be under more relaxed circumstances."
