"Firstly, can I just say how lovely and welcoming the staff were. They made our stay much better. The hotel itself was a little tired for the price. The lift was out of order which isn't ideal when I have fibromyalgia and our room was 5 floors up. Some sort of room service or access to food other times of day would have been good but the breakfast was a good selection of food. It really is very convenient for the OVO arena and that's the reason I chose the place for my daughter and I to stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were lovely and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the facilities were great. Breakfast was really nice too, with a good choice and a great start to the day. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily come back again. Would definitely recommend!"
