"Staff was always very friendly. The only things I didn’t like was the USB outlets next to the bed wouldn’t work and there is nothing on the bottom of the tub to help prevent you from slipping. Hot breakfast was good. Wish they started serving before 7am though. Otherwise, great stay. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had a great experience at the Bluegrass Palace for a week-long family reunion. There were over 20 of us with enough seating at meal time, plenty of bedrooms, and lots of tables for games & puzzles in the basement banquet hall. The indoor pool, hot tub, and large theater rooms were crowd pleasers. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves and comes stocked with everything needed to make big family meals. The on-site caretaker of the property was available 24/7 and responded quickly to resolve our few questions/concerns. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean and properly stocked. Our biggest issue was the key cards, had to have them reset daily after going to the top floor and them not working, and then going back down to wait to have them reset. Otherwise, it was fine for the little bit we were in there."
