"The hotel was lovely. Everything was modern, with a spacious room and balcony area over looking the bay. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and good facilities (robes an added bonus). Main bar/pool/restaurant area was nice. A la carte menu changed daily, including special breakfast items everyday. The number of options was fairly limited each day but we always found something that we wanted, with a nice burger available as a "fall-back" option (although we didn't really go for this). Really helpful reception staff happy to book taxis with a shuttle available to Shirley Heights for the sunset party. Generally the staff were friendly, although "service with a smile" didn't seem to come top of the agenda for one or two members of staff. 2 minute shuttle available several times a day to the resort's beach, which was clean and quiet with sunloungers and a beach bar (included in the all inclusive). Lots of seaweed makes swimming options somewhat limited."

"This was my first time at an all inclusive report, and I thought it was lovely. The bay it was situated on is absolutely beautiful. Staff are very friendly and always greet you when they see you. Drinks were good, and food was just okay… but I didn’t expect much more from an all inclusive. I enjoyed watching the birds at breakfast - they really didn’t bother me. And anyone they did bother obviously hasn’t been to the Caribbean before. Other animals around the property… a few cats, a dog (which belonged to someone down the road), and the tortoises - were all enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice place with a beautiful beach and very friendly staff. "

"This was a super well run holiday property, with great communication throughout and the property itself was extremely well kitted out and looked after. Our family had great fun using the new air fryer and a big thanks for getting in a smoothie blender. We do like to cook and found the kitchen really well provided for. Definitely recommend using the pre shopping service as its extremely relaxing to arrive without having to navigate the supermarket after a long flight! The views from the apartment are stunning and the pools on the resort perfect for our family. It is a quiet resort, which suited us just fine. You need a car, which we had, so visted many places on the island,nothing is more than 50 mins or so away. The beach at Non Such is a nice addition to the resort and you can use the kayak for free, if you fancy it. Overall, a great family property if you want to stay in a quieter, very safe place with the freedom to come and go, as you please. The wifi worked perfectly during our stay and the air con is super efficent and excellent at cooling down rooms almost immediately! We would definitely recommend. "Stayed for a week in March… Couldn’t ask for more. Spotless accommodations, very spacious with lots of modern amenities and private parking. Spent relaxing mornings on the porch enjoying the gorgeous gardens. And of course, the pool! About 5 mins from the beach and tourist attractions. Everything you need to stay in and relax or go in and out safely. I really enjoyed my stay. Can’t recommend enough. Host was pleasant and helpful."

"First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). They ensured my stay was good and made sure everything was ok.- Thank you! I’ll start with the WiFi situation- it’s Ridiculous! WiFi is VERY limited, you have to go upstairs to make a phone call- downstairs doesn’t work great. When I booked it wasn’t very descriptive as previous villas it is well informed. There is no washing machine( please invest in this) Freetown is very rainy at the time of August and it rained nearly everyday. unfortunately as the sheets and towels got washed myself and my family were left with minimal bedding. As I know most villas are well equipped with sheets and towels etc.. it wasn’t. we were reassured we was ok for the night. I was pissed! ( it’s not there fault, their doing there best and managing with what they have) luxury villas are well equipped- it’s not luxury. As it rained the front of the house got flooded. We couldn’t go anywhere. Our last night there was some sort of animal in the roof. Managing team was notified plus the owner. I am STILL awaiting a response. Overall our stay was ok. I personally would not go back as it’s too far from everything."
