"This old fashioned motel has been very recently renovated through and through. The interiors look very new, including the bathrooms, with excellent appearance and function. The rooms are large with adequate space around the king beds. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Both checking in and checking out were rapid and convenient. This facility is about two miles from the traffic circle at the north end of the Williams College campus, and so an easy ride. Cell phone reception is weak. There are two small and very popular restaurants within easy walking distance. One is a breakfast/lunch diner, the other an evenings-only dinner service."

"Very cute older drive up to the door motel that has been updated. We love these type properties when we are on long road trips because we have so much luggage! Staff was very nice. Amenities listed that property had laundry facilities but they no longer do. But staff was helpful in directing us to a nearby laundromat. Nice location next to a pretty creek."

"I felt a little abandoned by the manager because she had very limite hours when she was available. The was pleasant and responsive when we did see her, but . . . Bathroom was clean and all, but design didn't allow space for a woman to lay out makeup and personal items. Very limited. Beds were very comfortable. Glad to have frig and microwave."

"Very nice old school Vermont motor inn. Dated decor, but all clean and well maintained. Except the shower. The shower was clean, but even with only a few people in the motel getting consistent hot/cold water was difficult. Literally our only complaint. Very good location to downtown, too. Only about 4 1/2 miles from Bennington College if you are visiting."

"Our weeklong trip meandering the roads of Vermont was made more memorable by our stay at the Brook Bound Inn! The property is gorgeous and impeccably maintained! Our room was clean and so quiet! The bed was comfortable, and the blackout window blinds allowed us to sleep a little later than normal. The bathroom was very clean with a large shower and great smelling body wash, shampoo, etc. Jake and Hope were so helpful before and during our stay. We also appreciated the robust WIFI. We didn’t try the amazing pool this time, but we will for sure on our next trip!"
