"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. As we had not received any communication from the management we were unsure how to access the building. The front door was unlocked so we explored inside. "It's a very beautiful hotel and the front desk people Audrey and William were so helpful. They listened to our complains and acted promptly. They changed our rooms when it got so hot and the AC wasn't working. Audrey went the extra mile to offer us free breakfast to apologize for the AC problem but unfortunately, we overslept and couldn't go for the breakfast. We love this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for your service."
