"The young front desk receptionist , Skyler, was inhospitable. No greeting, failed to give us complimentary water and popcorn. She was more concerned with her cell phone. Lauren, the other receptionist ,was exceptional! She came up to our room to help with our TV. She is a definite asset to your hotel!!! First time here… room clean, no carpet, bathroom clean and great large Smart TV.. to watch the Stanley Cup!! Breakfast had assorted hot and cold items.. I will definitely stay again!! Cracker Barrel next store.. not my favorite but there are other restaurants in area!!"

"I'm giving them an overall 5 stars for trying dang hard. The property is in transition. Give them a shot. I expect it will get better with each passing week. It's not without issues currently. No elevator in a two story property. The room I was in was musty. Big red (nail polish?) stain in the carpet in front of the sink. Bathroom door had issues. Shower door had issues and the hinges are coming out of the wall. Beds weren't all that comfortable. At breakfast, the waffle batter clogged and had ended up in a big mess on the floor. There's not really enough parking for the number of rooms. The staff are really trying though. So I would stay there again before I pass final judgment. It's hard work to turn around and rebrand a property."

"We love our hotel. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate. Nice pool and amenities. The bar and restaurant was also on point. Not sure of Simone's title/posituon at the hotel, but when i tell she went above and beyond. She is awesome. Not to mention, she greets all her customers by name after only meeting you once. Every issue i had she immediatly stopped what she was doing and corrected them. She made my stay pleasant. I will return."
