Welcome to Mi Faro Unit B (My Lighthouse). This first floor unit is a centrally located, water view ground level apt. This cozy apartment sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 queen bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, 1 bath, a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig) and on-site shared laundry. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Back Sound, Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout Lighthouse from the covered patio. Mi Faro is located steps from The Fishing Center Marina, The Fish Hook Restaurant, and Billy's Grocery. Bring your boat (parking available) or ride the ferry from the visitors center to Cape Lookout.

Parking is shared with Unit A.

*Please note, that dogs are allowed on the property with an additional pet fee. Final booking price does not reflect pet fee. Spectrum Rental Properties must be contacted directly to add this fee onto your booking. Pet fees are: $200+tax for one and $400+tax for two. All pet fees are non-refundable. COCKROACHES!!! My entire family thought this would be a quaint and quiet place to stay. We were dead wrong. After being there 3 nights, we realized we were sleeping with the roaches. We even called the property manager Spectrum Property who then went on to ask us about the number of legs and size of the species of the cockroach. I was then informed that it was certain subspecies of cockroach known as a waterbug and it was harmless. Harmless?? My ass! It was huge and there were several that were crawling on the back of my 2 year old's neck near bedtime. Nope, not staying here or can ever recommend this property or Spectrum Properties to anyone ever. Avoid this place!

This is a great place for someone who wants to enjoy the outdoors . Close to the water and the visitors center. Check in text message concerning codes and entry door was confusing and should be reworked . Besides that I enjoyed everything! Thank you.

Property was nice and organized. It is not very large but we adapted. All items you need are there. Parking was great and it is close to everything you would want The TV with only Roku was not very friendly. Eliminate Roku and get plain cable. That would be much much better
