Knights Inn Belton
8/10 Good
"I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is an older “motel” property but it has been recently renovated and has new furnishings. It was very clean and the lady (Cindy) was so nice and very helpful when we checked in. However, we did not sleep well. The mattress was too firm for us and the window did not have a black out curtain so there was a lot of light from outside. It is located right on I-35 and there was a lot of traffic/highway noise. All those things were not good for us, but they might not bother others. Specific to our stay, there was a barking dog in a room close to ours and about 4:30 am something caused the alarms to go off on a vehicle just outside our room. As I said, these things were specific to our stay and might never happen again. This property has potential and they are really working on making it a good stay. The TV was good and had good channel choices. There was a small breakfast available and there was a microwave & refrigerator in the room. There was no hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room. Some of these things might be available from the office if you ask."

Super 8 by Wyndham Temple I-35

"The room was clean and staff were pleasant. Good breakfasts in the morning. Checking in and out was a breeze. Only issue is some of the facility’s maintenance could use improvement. Doors weren’t closing right and the building looked a little rough. Also the parking."

Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Killeen

"I checked in Saturday evening I did not see housekeeping that day nor did they stop and clean the room on Sunday. I had to ask for clean towels twice and garbage bags cuz they didn't clean the room. Other than that the breakfast was okay, the property itself was clean and I enjoyed my time there."

"First time staying at this location, but not the last. The Hotel is quiet and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and to the Interstate. The staff here are simply wonderful to deal with... Friendly, courteous and eager to make your stay comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious"
