Ocean Pebbles, The Sound of the Sea

This formidable apartment is located in the north of the island of Lanzarote, right on the sea in the beautiful town of Punta Mujeres. From the living room balcony, you go down a few steps and you are already in the water! Now you are in one of the natural pools of this quiet fishing village.



It is located 1 meter from a "Natural swimming pool", 150 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the bus station, 200 m from the restaurant, 45 km from the airport. It is a three floor building. In the first floor there is Ocean Pebbles, in the second floor there is a private apartment and the third floor there is the terrace.



The apartment has capacity for 4 people and all rooms are on the same floor. From the entrance hall, you can go up to the roof terrace, where you will enjoy magnificent views of the ocean, while you rest, sunbathe or enjoy a wonderful sunset.



Ocean Pebbles has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a shower and sink integrated into the room. The toillet is in a separate room with a door for privacy. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.



The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into the same space, creating a very comfortable and spacious loft with sea views. The accommodation has 75 m² with modern furnished. You have free internet access (wifi), 1 fan, 1 TV and 1 DVD.

From the balcony you have access to the beach.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, classic Italian electric coffee maker and Expresso capsule coffee maker, juicer and tea water heater. You will find a kitchen provided with all the elements to cook like at home.



In the hall right at the entry of the house, you will find the stairs to access the upper terrace, also the cleaning kit, ironing board, iron and the different recycling bins.

The apartment is semi-sustainable, with a solar panel for hot water.



The magnificent 60 m² terrace has garden furniture, 3 sun loungers and a Balinese cabin where you can enjoy your rest. You also have a separate space where you can hang your clothes.

The terrace is shared sometimes with the owners. but they are not usually there. So it will probably be exclusive for you.
