The instructions were unclear, so after 30 mins of walking to all the possible places, we rang Chicaparts. A grumpy person just repeated the same instructions to us over and over. "We stayed for 6 nights. The property was clean and well-stocked. It appears to have been newly renovated and was spacious and comfortable. It is in an excellent location - very close to the train station and a short walk from the palace and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only negative is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator but it was worth the walk up for us. "
