"From the pre stay communication to the final check out process this stay was a breeze. All aspects of the rental process were smooth and clearly communicated through the homeowner. Clean home with all the amenities one would need in a stay, my personal favorite touch were the board games and bathroom items some may not always prepare for such as a makeup towel! Very organized and well thought out. Beautiful property and view, and quite friendly neighbors! Some may not enjoy the sound of the trains passing but personally our group loves trains, winds, and just the sound of the outdoors. The river provides a unique stay with the ability to sit out on the deck, or directly in front of the river front. The home itself is beautiful on the inside with all modern/industrial/costal vibes. All rooms were very welcoming, and we instantly felt at home. We had a wonderful stay, and a great communicative host!"
