"We booked the standard queen sized room, and it was extremely tiny. Felt like a broom closet and the bathroom was so small it was almost unusable, it looked nothing like the pictures unfortunately. We spent $150 on the room for one night, and it's just not worth the price compared to competitors. If you're looking for something in that price range to stay for a night, book elsewhere."

"The staff was never at the desk when I needed her. The room was not cleaned before we came. There was trash still in the can, makeup on the pillows and the door looked like it was kicked in and didnt close properly. The hot tub wasnt up and running so i didnt get to use it and the pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing cold. Will NEVER be coming back here again. Would not recommend to anybody. "

"We enjoyed our stay and loved the location, which was easily walkable to anything in downtown Eureka Springs. I think adding another rug in the space would be nice and a larger table to dine at. There is a space in the bathroom to hang some clothes. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for allowing our fur-babies!"
