"Owner maintained good communication with prompt response to pre booking queries, and pre arrival and during our stay. Detailed check in procedure provided addressing all FAQs. Conveniently located car parking space in multi-storey car park in close proximity to the accommodation. Accommodation was well maintained with good range of kitchenware, DVDs, books and games to keep children occupied. There are even recipes and equipments for bakes to try if the weather is bad outside. Excellent views of North and Harbour beach as stated in prior review. Owner kindly provided advice regarding EV charging at North beach car park (rapid charger up to 150kv with free parking after 1900). Checkout was straight forward with no issues. Only comment is the window in main bedroom was a little drafty, but less of an issue in the summer months. An excellent stay for our family overall. Highlights for the kids were beach view, binoculars, board games and bunk bed. Stairs mentioned in prior review is real but our 3 and 6 year olds managed without any issues."

"The property was in a fab location with all the local amenities within a 30 second walk. It's right by the harbour too so only a short walk down for lovely views. The property itself was easy to access with very clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and it felt like home from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. First proper trip to Tenby and hoping to come back again sometime!"

"This place is everything you imagine a seaside property to be. We had a corner room with views front and side. The room was a decent size and cozy with lovely maritime decore. They served one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip. This place has as much character as the charming proprietor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tenby is beautiful. Hopefully we'll make it back some day. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It looked lovely before we went, but we were bowled over by the place. It is really big and airy. We loved how the bedrooms can be 'shut away' from the rest of the place and there are three toilets!! Very important with teenagers and kids around. It's extremely quiet and that view! Sat outside on the balcony (bigger than it looks) to enjoy many times a day. We've been coming to Tenby all our lives (oldest 74) and it never fails to take your breath away. The kitchen is very well equipped for a holiday let, we could have done with a couple more mugs and another roasting/baking tray, but we like to cook. A tiny niggle in an otherwise fabulous property. Glad of the lift on arrival and departure too!"
