"We very much enjoyed our stay here. My wife loved the room decor. Was great to have a little patio with a view to the beautiful bay. Our only concern was Hotels.com said it was only 8.8 miles from Castine. False! We are not interested in miles "as the crow flies". Check the map closely. It cost us a lot of extra driving time."

"A trip to Camden was on my bucket list and I wanted the place I picked for us to stay to be perfect! I researched a lot of places and decided on Whitehall. It did not disappoint and was the perfect place. We walked into town for supper and shopping, enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night and had a delicious breakfast the next morning. I will recommend Whitehall to anyone visiting Camden and save them a lot of research! "

"This hotel was in great condition and just off the main 2-lane highway running through the area. On the other side of the hotel was a harbor view. It was just outside of town. The rooms and property were clean. Housekeeping was available. The laundry on the first floor was clean and the machines worked. I didn’t try the free breakfast but the system was to go to a door and, “tell them what you want.” Both an outdoor and an indoor pool were added perks. The rooms were largish. Mine had a small balcony with chairs - over the parking lot. I used it but think I I might take a harbor view room next time. "

"We loved it. Ocean right outside our door. Enclosed porch with great seating. The staff girl was very nice and helpful. We loved it!!!! Would highly recommend this place for 1 or more days. Play park for kids."
