"Spacious house with nice layout for two family groupings; upstairs and lower level. It is situated on a private road with little traffic. The house could use some refreshing, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, if desired. Over all, it was a pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed a week in Harbor Springs; a family gathering of grandparents, adult children & spouses & grandkids - 12 adults & 8 kids. Sleeping options were little tight with 3 bedrooms being small for our situation. Made it work. House is at end of a street with view of the water. It is nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchen. "This was an excellent property for our group. We enjoyed the space and all the amenities such as the hot tub, the outdoor grill and fire pit and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the house was extra clean. Our group consisted of eight men vying for our annual golf championship. A wouderful time was had by all."

"Very cozy comfortable and lived in. Did not feel like i had to worry my kids might make a mess. They even had a table and chairs to use in the living room for the kids to craft or play games. "This house is lovely and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a vacation. A couple of items missing from the listing: there is a Keurig in addition to the coffee maker, which was bonus. Also, if you use a hairdryer you’ll need to bring one. It was not shown in the listing as an amenity, we just assumed one would be there. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished. The drive to Nubs Nob was 15 minites max. There is plenty of room in the house with a nice open floor plan."

"The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our two grown children. All rooms face the lake - a great sight to wake up to and amazing wave noise to fall asleep to. We spent most of our time on the lake-facing deck and on the beach - exactly one person walked by during our stay. We divided our time between being at the house, isolated from the world and trekking into Petoskey, Mackinac, and Wilderness State Park - you can do both easily. We hope to return next summer! "
