"The hotel was a little outdated but everything else was great! The hot tub by the pool was the best one we've ever been in! All the jets were working and they were really powerful. Staff was also very friendly and helpful."

The staff was unhelpful and lacked communication over what was happening except one text that approximated number of hours there would be no power. So we sat in the dark.
