"Contrary to some reviews our room was very up to date. It was very clean. The breakfast included was typical free breakfast fare, but was great for us getting going early and fast. View of the beach was great. Rooms were quiet. All in all highly recommend!"

"Very clean and quiet. Host was excellent and non intrusive. One thing that is not stated is the host is 30 feet from your entrance to theirs. That said they did not interfere with our trip at all and if you need anything just ask. The wildlife and flowers are amazing. This is a reset quiet and serene spot for two people."

"this is a lovely unit in a great part of Brookings. It's walking distance to many restaurants and shops and has a lovely peekaboo view of the ocean. Also, be aware there about 16 stairs up to the unit since it is above a cute shop. The bed and linens are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would stay here again."
