"Room was like a meat freezer. TV could not display You Tube or Netflix. Other shows were pure trash. Work out machine was inoperable. Staff behind the desk were like the walking dead. This entire property needs to be trashed, renewed or refurbished."

"I stayed at this hotel in April and was charged a $50 deposit. More than a month later, I realized the deposit had not been returned. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was being kept due to an alleged smoking violation. I do not smoke and strongly dispute this claim. When I asked for documentation or an explanation, I was told the room had been inspected by management and allegedly smelled of smoke. I was also told that an email had been sent, but I never received any notification regarding this issue. What was most disappointing was the way my concerns were handled. During the conversation, I was told that the manager “didn’t care” and was asked why I wanted the money back since it was “only $50.” I was also told that I should be glad it wasn’t the larger smoking fee listed in the hotel’s policy. Regardless of the amount, $50 is still my money, and I believe customers deserve respectful treatment when asking about charges on their account. I understand hotels have policies, but customers also deserve professionalism, transparency, and documentation when money is withheld. Based on my experience, I would encourage future guests to carefully review any deposits or fees charged during their stay and keep records of all communications."

"I don’t expect anything great with the free breakfast but this one is the saddest I have seen. The eggs were not good and there was not a lot else to choose from. I do not think they had it all out even though it was an hours after the scheduled start."

"The two ladies @ the front desk were so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Do’s & Don’t. Location, location was amazing. The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable."
