"The front desk clerk at night was AMAZING!!! Lobby was clean and appeared to be newly remolded. My room was a bit on the small side, which is fine I made it work. The room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels etc. bathtub was a little on the yellow side but just due to age. All in all it was clean. Sheets were on the older side but I wasn’t there for a

"If you're going because you want to relax, maybe it's not for you. A lot of out of area workers stay there. Everyone we met, including staff, was very nice. 1st room didn't have shampoo & tv didn't work. We swapped rooms which was better. Still had tv issues. Beds were ok, until were looked under sheets & saw large rust color stain in top corner of mattress, we didn't spend the following night there. Pillows are really comfy. We stayed a week. "We were traveling from Florida to NC and just needed a place to spend the night. We had stayed at this same hotel the year before. It's comfortable and quiet and convenient to many restaurants a short car ride away. Both times our room overlooked the roof - oh well. the bathroom needed some repair work, but everything worked fine. The breakfast is average- adequate but could use an upgrade. "
