"I traveled to Harbin on my own, and even though I did not speak much Chinese and had a late check in, the man at the desk did his best to help me, through a language app. The service was wonderful in the morning as well, even helping call me a taxi to my next destination. The room was clean and comfortable and lived up to its pictures online.
