"The staff treated us like royalty. They anticipated our needs and satisfied all of our demands. The hot spring rice, hot, hot hot, and the Japanese breakfast was magnificent. They offered a tour of the four grand shrines,and did an amazing job of explaining everything to us. There was not a vacancy for days on end, and now we can understand why thank you."

"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."
