"We enjoyed the area at train station . Secured room key access to elevator ..separate bath and toilet room. Sliding door divider from room to bath and entry area. Room controls were on small tablet at bedside. Bed area isn't huge but had little table and comfy chairs very functional. No coffee in room but has coffee machine down in lobby. Staff very helpful. Bkfst buffet was nice set up with regional dishes as well. It was located on 2nd floor restaurant. FYI lobby is on 7th floor of U PLACE bld..use walkway all the way to bld , very convenient and use elevator designated for hotel which goes to lobby on 7 th floor. Getting to hotel was a bit of adventure so ask at info center...hotel is in u place bld. I love convenience store on 2 2nd floor with Seria 100yen shop....there are 3 train station in area so make sure u go to kawagoe ."

"Lovely hotel room was clean, big and really nice. The only issue I have is to anyone staying at this hotel make sure you do not get the back of the property as we stayed in room 412, the loud banging we experienced throughout the day and night was very loud it went through our bedroom it was on both nights. It was either the service door or the smoking shed door so be aware. Ask for the front of the property not the back."

"Great alternative to Tokyo! This property is located a few minutes’ walk from the east exit(s) of Omiya station. Rooms are large (by local standards), clean, quiet, and new. Bars and restaurants are located nearby. There are free lockers on site to store luggage. A buffet breakfast is included for no extra charge."

"My company has a subsidiary office nearby so the hotel is very convenient. It has a very high end feel. Restaurant is good. There is a nice workout facility but I did not get to price it because it has odd hours. It's not a complaint but there is not one English television channel. I highly recommend this hotel."
