"My husband and I stayed in Richmond for a long weekend and lucked onto this beautiful condo in downtown. We are fans of old buildings and this one was old but still in great shape, very nicely kept up and included all the amenities we needed. The house was clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed- including a functioning grill and a stockpile of wood for fires out back, which we had one every single night. "What an absolute fantastic weekend in Va. My son is a Marine stationed at Fort Greg-Adams. He was given his 96hr leave for the Holiday weekend. We found this gem of a home in rural Va. The home is spacious and very clean. There are amazing amenities. Washer/dryer, front deck, bar-b-que handicap accessible door. Just a great home for a weekend. If you are a history buff it is double the bonus. There are plenty of Civil war trails to explore. Everything about the house and stay is an A++++++++++....

"Very cool old house, in the middle of everything. Rob and Larkin were very responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch. The house was clearly recently renovated and modernized. The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room for our two-family party of nine. We had a great time!"

"This property was as advertised. We booked it for a weekend fishing on the river. The public boat launch is right around the corner. The property host was open and accepting of our large breed dogs, which was very appreciated."

"We had 3 generations under one roof for the VCU graduation. This home was close to campus, stores and restaurants. We had other family join us at the house to hang out together. The kitchen was a perfect spot for us all, the 2nd floor porch was great for views of the city. We had a great time staying there while we were in Richmond."
