"We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. "We spent 6 wonderful days in Hanoi and after long days of exploring the beauties of the city and around we were glad to come back in our spatious and spotless and cosy room at Centraltique Veranda. This is new and contemporary hotel and our room was fully equiped with small kitchen, refrigerator, even washing machine and driyer which was very convenient for us.
There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around.
Minh and Hannah from Centraltique were always there to meet all our needs...

"This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend! "

"The room and bathroom were clean, like pictured.
The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa.
The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away.
Will book again next time I am in Hanoi. "
