"Good hotel for a few quick nights. Located in next to all the main attractions in Hanoi. However during a large rainfall, the roof leaked water into the room and the air conditioning system turned off mid sleep. Otherwise good for the price."

"Stop looking and stay here. That staff goes above and beyond to take care of its guests. From walking you across the street (if you don't know about crossing the street in vietnam, you will lol), to keeping you safe and happy. I'll definitely stay here again. Best staff ever."

"Great hotel in a good location in the heart of Hanoi. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the main sights, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with exceptional aircon! Location was perfect - a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. Would definitely stay here again."
