Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Hotel was in the lively old Quarter of Hanoi, and was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle, definitely close to all the action.. My room had all the amenities I required to feel at home. It was very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and welcome, with a good selection of items. Most importantly the Staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with guests. I must have has a million questions, but they all took the time to answer them. A giant shout out to Miss Swan, Miss Ahn and Mrโ€™s Tommy, Max and Roger. Whoโ€™s help made my stay most memorable. The hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room , although a few design features are annoying - bedside tables etc too low to be useful, wooden bed surround sticks out by 10 cm or so, meaning that you continually bash your shin on the corners!
