David Ta from reception was extraordinarily helpful. He gave us great tips and most of all, he helped us with ensuring we got to our tour of Ninh Binh the morning we left. Very kind of him! I had a fantastic stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep every day. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both local and Western options. Most importantly, the service was excellent — the staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Hanoi!

The staff were amazing - it felt like we were staying with friends! Gave us great tourist tips and other assistance which made our stay super-enjoyable without the drama. The location is right near train street, and a five minute walk to the citadel. Great spot. Would not hesitate to return.

The hotel was in the busy old quarter area, but was down a quiet side street. The staff here are spectacular and will help you with your every need. We took advantage of the spa next-door, which was excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a fantastic experience.
