The reception was supposed to be open 24 hours however it was unoccupied before 8pm. The room was infested with ants and there were not enough towels or toilet paper. The website photos did not reflect the state and condition of the hotel. We did not receive a pass card to leave the property so we could not leave before checkout.

The beds were good and the hotel was situated between wellness centers, quite an interesting location. However on arrival no reception and breakfast was a bit too expensive and unattended. So overall service could be more caring

Not at all as advertised and super long walk way completely dark at night with zero lighting. The only positive thing I can say is they hotel agreed to let me check out after one night without penalty even though I was booked for 7.

Everything was ok. Quick check-in. Free parking, internet. Clean and comfortable. The only drawback but it is related to the weather is the high temperature in the room. I just couldn't cool the room in any way. It was cold in the morning. I would love to visit the hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Faulty towers

Nicke rooms but a bit cold. You had to put on the heater yourself. No shower gel in the shower. Dining room was cold. The breakfast was cold. The staff were ok but one was sour. No dinner at evening. No bar open. No pool in sight as they wrote. The hotel was dark at arrival. No one at the reception. We had to call to get in. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer und das Bad haben unangenehm gerochen und trotz Nichtraucher-Zimmer lag ein Rauchgeruch in der Luft. An der Decke waren mehrere Schimmelflecke.

Leider haben wir uns von dem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis und den Fotos des Hotels blenden lassen und wurden vor Ort maßlos enttäuscht. Das gesamte Hotel ist wahnsinnig heruntergekommen und veraltet die. Unser Zimmer war teils ekelerregend schmutzig. Darüber hatten wir uns nach dem Check-In auch an der Reception beschwert

Ein sehr preiswertes Hotel, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist- das sieht man auch, dafür aber auch im günstigen Preis. Entsprechend muss man sich darüber klar sein und Abstriche machen. Für uns kein Problem, weil wir uns darauf eingestellt haben und wussten, was man erwarten darf (und was wohl eher nicht). Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und zweckmäßig, im Bad musste ich zum Duschen ein bisschen improvisieren mit der Halterung des Duschkopfes, um ihn nicht ständig festhalten zu müssen. Das ließ sich aber lösen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung mit einer angemessenen Auswahl. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war die Auswahl dieses Hotels nicht der Grund für einen Erholungsurlaub, sondern lediglich eine kalkulierbare, akzeptable Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Insofern waren wir zufrieden- immer betrachtet in Relation zum Preis!

Es gab keinen Nutella und der Joghurt war nicht mehr gut. Das Buffet war sehr teuer, dafür, dass es nicht so viel Auswahl gab und unsere Balkontür war kaputt. Ansonsten alles gut, wir haben nachts geklingelt und jemand kam, um uns reinzulassen. Es war alles sauber und die Zimmer waren ganz schön. Geländer stellen trotzdem ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar.
