The hotel is conveniently located a short and easy 10 min walk from Mitte. An older property with no lobby or hotel bar. It was clean, safe and easy. Breakfast was simole but plenty of options. A quiet location away from the city center. We stayed in a large room with 3 beds which was great for the kids.

Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber, gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Nicht so gut war, daß es kein WC auf dem Zimmer gab und das WLAN EXTREM langsam war.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich verstehe natürlich, dass nicht ständig alles renoviert werden kann. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Nett, sauber, lohnt sich. Beschreibung unpräzise.

Kleines Hotel mit nettem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut für da "kleine Geld" was ich für meinen Aufenthalt bezahlt habe. Im EG gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Getränke und einem Sparschwein für ehrliche Konsumenten. Allerdings hätte ich mir, bei meiner Zimmerkategorie, gewünscht, dass in der Beschreibung erwähnt wäre: Gemeinschaftstoilette auf dem Gang. Dies war nicht ersichtlich. Da die Toilette sauber war habe ich das Überlebt. Aber diese Sauberkeit ist immer ein Risiko und hängt zum größten Teil davon ab wer das Klo noch alles so benutzt.

Die Unterkunft hatte Charme, war für mich günstig gelegen und trotz Innenstadt relativ ruhig, das Frühstück war liebevoll gestaltet, das Personal sehr zugewandt und freundlich, das Zimmer preiswert und wie beschrieben... die Aussagen der Homepage spiegeln das Hotel sehr gut wider- gerne wieder.

Unerwartet gut!

Wunderbar. Lage direkt an Bushaltestelle (2Linien)…U-Bahnstation (Zoo) U11 per Bus (2min) oder 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze kostenlos und zahlreich gegenüber des Hotels. Problemloser „late“-Check-In per Code an der Tür. Recht kleines Einzelzimmer. Aber super festes Bett und herrlich heiße Dusche. Einfach, aber alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte man auf jeden Fall mitbuchen. Tolle Auswahl an frischen Auflagen, Rührei, ach…einfach perfekt. Hat mir hier sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr dreckig und unfreundliches Personal!

Das Zimmer war in inakzeptablen Zustand, dreckig mit Gemeinschaftstoiletten… Als ich wegen dem Zustand angesprochen habe, wurde mir gesagt, für den Preis solle man nicht viel erwarten! Das ist kein Service und man geht mit den Kunden nicht so um. Man erwarten ja kein 5 * Service, aber die Sauberkeit gehört zu jedem Hotel! Ichs würde nie wieder das Hotel buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen!

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Sehr freundlich wurden wir empfangen, das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Das Badezimmer war geräumig. War alles da und gemütlich noch dazu. Das Frühstück war schön hergerichter und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht. Haben den Zoo besucht. Dieser ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar.
