Stedet lever overhovedet ikke op til beskrivelsen. Jeg havde bestilt en Deluxe-lejlighed med 3 soveværelser, og fik efter nogen forvirring og leden efter nøgler, en lejlighed med kun 2 soveværelser. Beskrivelsen er følgende: Gratis WiFi: Det er slet ikke noget WiFi. Gratis toiletartikler: Der er ikke nogen. Vaskemaskine/tørretumbler: Det er der ikke. Hårtørrer: Det er der ikke. Fladskærms-tv med satellit tv-kanaler. Fjernsyn ja, men ikke tilsluttet noget og dermed ingen kanaler. Elkedel: Det er der ikke. Lejligheden er generelt stærkt forfalden, slidt og beskidt. Håndtag faldt af døre og vinduer, og også bruserstangen og bruseren faldt ned. Vi fik kun nøgle til lejligheden og ikke til hoveddøren. Da vi kom hjem til hotellet efter en nat i byen, var hoveddøren til opgangen låst, og vi var nødt til at vække nogen af de andre beboere for at kunne komme ind. Betaling ved udcheckning ikke muligt, da den trådløse automat var løbet tør for strøm, og mine kreditkort-oplysninger lå frit tilgængelig skrevet ned på et stykke papir i hvad er formentlig skulle forestille et receptions-område. Jeg forventer at skulle betale væsentlig mindre (eller ingenting) for dette ophold, da jeg slet ikke har fået det jeg bestilte, og der generelt ikke er styr på noget på dette sted. Jeg ser frem til at høre fra jer.
