"Really enjoyed our time here. Was a nice sanctuary away from the experiences Tokyo had to offer. We enjoyed the mid-century aesthetic of the house, the bedrooms are all generous sizes (compared to what the rest of Tokyo has to offer), and the lounge is a great spot to unwind after a long day. We really enjoyed the location too. Asagaya felt more like a residential area, but there are plenty of great eateries, coffee shops, and bars to enjoy in the area. "東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！"

He was very prompt and helpful in all communications, from our initial inquiry through to check-in and check-out.The location is convenient—Kokubunji Station is only 15 minutes from Shinjuku, making it a good base for exploring Tokyo and beyond. "My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"困った時にすぐ連絡が取れて安心しました。また設備は整っていて、綺麗な内装で快適に過ごすことができました。周りは閑静な住宅地ですが、少し出れば飲食店やコンビニがあり不便は感じませんでした。天気が良ければ川釣りも楽しめそうです。車が大きく、駐車に困っていましたが、臨機応変に対応していただき助かりました。駐車場は停めやすく拡大中とのことですので、期待しています。"
